Diagnostic Laparoscopy
Lap. Appendectomy
Lap. Cholecystectomy
Lap. Tubal Ligation
Lap. Ovarian cyst Excion etc
Lap. Adhiosiolysis
Lap. duodenal Perforation Closure

There are other smaller procedure too, which i have not mentioned. But these are the basic procedure routinely performed by laparoscopic approach.
